DELIVERY POLICY - IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
1) Delivery Timeframe
Your wine will be delivered by Australia Post within 7-10 working days of order placement and payment confirmation, however the specific delivery timeframe will depend on the selected delivery state.

2) Shipping Delays due to Extreme Weather
In the event of extreme heat during the spring and summer months, the shipment of your wine may be delayed to ensure your wine is not exposed to any undue risk of heat damage. Every effort will be made to ensure prompt delivery without compromising the condition of the wine.

3) Acceptance of Wine Delivery
Acceptance of the wine delivery must be authorised by an adult over the age of 18 years of age and identification will be requested to verify the age of the accepting person. In the event that there is no adult present to accept the wine order at the selected delivery address your wine will be transported to your local post office for collection against the presentation of the notification of failed delivery card left in your letter box. We do not accept responsibility for any missing or damaged wine as a result of any delivery instructions which specifically override the above delivery process.
