MOLLY GOOD WEEKEND ITINERARY
TOUR DE VALE – Thursday 8th February
Arrive at Mollydooker and enjoy a glass of sparkling followed by a tour of our Winery and some light lunch. From there we venture to visit our friends McLaren Vale Distillery for a Gin, Whisky and Fortified tasting experience. Next stop is with our beer suppliers, Shifty Lizard. The team will take you on a tour of their brewery followed by a beer tasting. To finish the day, we return to our Mollydooker Cellar Door for a private tasting and snacks.
BARREL HALL DINNER – Friday 9th February
Join Sarah and Holly Marquis for our annual Barrel Hall Dinner. Guests will be lead through an ‘Enchanted Path’ into the heart of Mollydooker’s Barrel Hall where a long, candlelit table awaits for a magical, sensory evening ahead. Featuring a four-course degustation from Hindmarsh Valley’s Lost Phoenix Farm, guests will indulge in an oh-so decadent banquet-style feast, perfectly matched with eight Mollydooker Wines.

TASTING NOTES:
Rich and deep, the 2021 Boxer is both elegant and powerful, with beautiful notes of fresh plum, mocha and liquorice lifting out of the glass. A soft plummy mouthfeel, well measured tannins and slightly toasted oak compliment the rich fruit, creating a wine with many layers.
