Perth Tasting Event ~ Night 1
Holly is heading west to give our Perth wine-o’s a chance to try some of our new release wines, of particular note, the long awaited 2022 Velvet Glove. Our freinds have kindly offered their space in West Perth again for two nights only, so grab your mates and book your tickets fast, there are only 50 spaces available each evening. Tickets include a beautiful Mollydooker crystal wine glass to take home, nibbles, and of course – plenty of good wine.

After several years of careful cellaring, we are delighted to showcase both varietals with their unique profiles and stylistic nuances across three distinct vintages, 2019, 2020 and 2021. If you are a Gigglepot fan, you may remember that we did not release a 2019 vintage due to a small yield. In turn, we safely cellared the limited bottles, we did make, especially for this limited-edition collectors release. This means that our valued MollyClub members will be the only people in the world to own a rare bottle of our 2019 Gigglepot Cabernet Sauvignon.

Rich and deep, the 2021 Boxer is both elegant and powerful, with beautiful notes of fresh plum, mocha and liquorice lifting out of the glass. A soft plummy mouthfeel, well measured tannins and slightly toasted oak compliment the rich fruit, creating a wine with many layers.
