… is that perfect moment of happiness and sense of peace amidst the noise of life. Lush and compelling, Serenity Merlot Rosé requests attention, but demands nothing.

TASTING NOTES:
An aromatic and enticing wine, blush pink in colour with fragrant strawberries and cream on the nose. Serenity is bursting with delicious berries and toffee apple, whilst subtle notes of vanilla and musk provide a lasting elegance. A crisp finish to polish the mouth completes the elegant experience of our 2025 Serenity Rosé. 

TECHNICAL NOTES:
Grapes were picked overnight and processed using traditional direct press method, using only soft pressings and fermented in stainless steel. The Direct press method allows us to retain more perfumed aromatics and delicate flavours in our Serenity. The grapes were grown on the Long Gully Road vineyard in McLaren Vale.

Residual Sugar: 0.6 (g/L)

pH: 3.16

    WHO IS THE VIOLINIST?
    The Violinist is Sarah, a lefty who was made to play the violin with her right hand at school so she didn’t poke her neighbour in the eye with her bow.

    TASTING NOTES:
    Rich, textured and opulent, the 2025 Violinist is intense and full of character. Pineapple and lychee aromatics combine with vanilla to create a creamy, seamless mouthfeel. Lemon and lime underpin bursts of pineapple, nectarine and peach, whilst toasty coconut and the faintest touch of honeysuckle linger on the palate. Bold yet balanced, the Violinist offers many layers of enjoyment.

    TASTING NOTES:
    The 2025 Summer of ’69 displays vibrant aromatics of honeysuckle, citrus blossom and a hint of sherbet. The palate is fresh and fruit-driven, with lively notes of lemon, lime and pineapple, supported by hints of tropical fruits and a soft rounded texture. Crisp acidity provides balance and drive, leading to a clean, refreshing finish.
