SUMMER OF 69…
… was inspired by Sarah’s birth year. She wanted to celebrate this cheeky era of peace, love and good times. Seriously easy to drink, Summer of ’69 is perfect for lazy days by the pool and balmy summer nights.

TASTING NOTES:
The 2025 Summer of ’69 displays vibrant aromatics of honeysuckle, citrus blossom and a hint of sherbet. The palate is fresh and fruit-driven, with lively notes of lemon, lime and pineapple, supported by hints of tropical fruits and a soft rounded texture. Crisp acidity provides balance and drive, leading to a clean, refreshing finish. 

TECHNICAL NOTES:

Fruit is picked overnight to retain fresh fruit flavours and acid balance. Oxidative processed, lightly pressed and racked before fermenting with a selected yeast in stainless steel. The grapes were grown on the Gemtree Vineyard in McLaren Vale. 

Alcohol: 13%

Residual Sugar: 0.6 (g/L)

pH: 3.27

    The Violinist is Sarah, a lefty who was made to play the violin with her right hand at school so she didn’t poke her neighbour in the eye with her bow.
